- Click 「Change/Unsubscribe the current newsletter（配信中のメールマガジンを変更・停止する）」if you don't want newsletters.
- From step 2, 「All Menus」, click 「Cancellation of membership（退会の手続き）」
- Proceed to「Proceed to cancellation of membership (退会手続きへ進む)」
- click 「Cancel (退会する)」after you answer a few multiple-choice question for a reason of cancellation.
